Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for those who have a strong understanding of business development concepts and processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Research potential clients and market opportunities
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
- Ensure high-quality lead generation and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
Pre Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of lead generation and business development processes
- Internship experience in a relevant field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of sales tools/CRM is an advantage
